Built By a Skardu Family, For Travellers Like You

MINDOK began as three spare rooms in a family home on the edge of Skardu, opened to the first trekkers heading toward Deosai and the K2 Base Camp trail. Word travelled faster than we expected, and the guest house grew room by room — always keeping the same idea at its centre: treat every guest like family, cook the same food we’d cook for ourselves, and give honest advice about the mountains outside.

Today MINDOK has six rooms, a courtyard bonfire pit, and a small team that knows the roads, weather and trails around Baltistan better than any guidebook. Whether you’re staying one night or basing here for a week of trekking, we want MINDOK to feel like the calmest part of your trip.
